The IL-76 water tanker plane sent to Armenia from Russia will be making more passes over the Khosrov Forest State Reserve to extinguish the remaining wildfires that have been burning for several days.

The decision to continue the flights was made after a team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited the area.

The plane has already made twelves flights over the site and can discharge 40 tons of water during every pass.
