Armenia Lifts Entry Visa Requirement for Japanese Citizens

Starting on September 6, Japanese citizens will no longer need an entry visa to visit Armenia.

Citizens of Japan will be allowed to stay a maximum of 180 days during a one-year period.

The move is designed to facilitate greater tourism and economic ties with Japan.

The move is not reciprocal, and citizens of Armenia will still need a visa to enter Japan.
