
Armenia, Iran Sign Film Cooperation Agreement
Representatives of the National Film Center of Armenia and Iran’s Farabi Cinema Foundation signed a cooperation agreement today at the Ministry of Culture in Yerevan
Shoshanik Mirzakhanyan, Director of the National Film Center of Armenia, told reporters that the agreement would further expand cooperation that now exists between the two countries in cinematography.
Established in 1983 and internationally known as the major base of launching New Iranian Cinema, the Farabi Cinema Foundation operates in a wide range of activities which covers all aspects of cinema and film industry - now mainly focused on feature films.
