Piotr Antoni Świtalski, the European Union Ambassador to Armenia, today announced the launch of the “Better Qualifications for Better Jobs” program that the EU will fund with a budget of €15.2 million for the years 2017-2019.

The program seeks to improve the efficiency of Armenia's labor market and the employability of its workforce, with an emphasis on agricultural employment.
