278 people died in traffic related accidents in Armenia in the first nine months of 2017, and another 4,890 were injured.

3,391 traffic accidents were registered during the period, and in 25% of them a pedestrian was run over.

Armenia’s traffic police blame careless pedestrians for most of these accidents.
