Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Davit Lokyan met with provincial governors today and discussed ways of boosting the collection of community taxes and the protocol regarding granting community subsidies.

These issues had been addressed by President Sargsyan on December 7, 2017 at a community summit in Dilijan.

They also discussed the possibility of the government subsidizing business loan interest rates as a way to spur investment.
