Armenian President Speaks at Munich Security Conference

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan left for Germany today to attend the 2018 Munich Security Conference (MSC) which opened yesterday.

Sargsyan will participate in a panel discussion this evening on the topic: In or Out? The Countries In-Between Russia and Europe.

The MSC began in 1963 and is a major global forum for the discussion of security policy.
