Artsakh Gets New Minister of State

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan has appointed Grigory Harutyunyan to replace Arayik Harutyunyan as Artsakh Minister of State.

Arayik Harutyunyan, who resigned earlier today, was appointed state minister on September 25, 2017, the same day his term as prime minister ended following a constitutional amendment that abolished the office.

Grigory Harutyunyan had been serving as Artsakh Minister of Finance since September 2017.
