Local elections are scheduled for today in 18 communities in the provinces of Aragatzotn, Ararat, Armavir, Gegharkounik. Lori and Kotayk.

Eight communities will vote only for a mayor, six only for a municipal council, and four for both.

Polls open at 8am.
