Azerbaijani Gunfire Kills Artsakh Soldier

Vahagn Eloyan, a contract soldier serving in the Artsakh Defense Army, died today after being hit by Azerbaijani gun fire.

The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that Eloyan was on guard duty at a southeastern military base.
