From now on, the Armenian representative in the European Court of Human Rights(ECHR) will be appointed and dismissed by the Armenian Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Justice. This decision was adopted today at the government session.
Gevorg Kostanyan, representative of Armenia in the ECHR, resigned several days ago. Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan informed that the Deputy Minister of Justice Artak Asatryan will replace the Armenian representative in the ECHR.
