Following the overturn  earlier today by Armenia's  Cassation Court of a lower court verdict against him, former Artsakh Defense Minister Samvel Babayan was released from detention.

It took him quite a while to exit the building since supporters had gathered in front of the National Security Service to greet and congratulate him.
