The RA Court of Cassation has rejected to hear the appeal of Hetq reporter Grisha Balasanyan regarding an October 12, 2011 verdict by the Court of Appeals.

Balasanyan was seeking redress in the courts, arguing that during a phone conversation MP Ruben Hayrapetyan had insulted him. The reporter was seeking 1 million in damages and a public apology.
