Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan's congratulatory letter to RA President Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Armed Forces.

Dear RA President Serzh Sargsyan,

On behalf of the people and government of Artsakh, I cordially congratulate you on the occasion of Armed Forces Day.

This year we held nationwide celebrations of the 20th anniversary of our glorious army's formation. It is indeed a national army that, having traveled an arduous road, became the main guarantor of our peace and security.

You have been standing at the origins of the formation of the Armenian armed forces and today, as Commander in Chief, you are doing everything possible for the army to be powerful and efficient, ready to successfully fulfill tasks set before it.

We are proud to have such a victorious army and brave and patriotic soldiers who devotedly serve their motherland and people.

I once again congratulate you and the entire corps of the Armenian Army on this sacred holiday. I wish peace, robust health and the greatest success for the glory of our free and independent Armenia and Artsakh and a bright future of our people.
