Arthur Baghdasaryan, Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia, met with a delegation headed by Nicola Schmidt, Election Adviser at the OSCE Office of Human Rights and Democratic Institutions. 

A wide range of issues related to the organization and conduct of the forthcoming Armenian parliamentary elections was discussed. In particular, reference was made to OSCE/ODHIR’s long-term and short-term monitoring of the elections.

Arthur Baghdasaryan noted that “the Armenian authorities are resolute to do their best to organize fair and transparent elections.”
