Armenian Prime Minister Appoints New Adviser

Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan has appointed former Artsakh Minister of Agriculture Aram Mkhoyan as one of his paid advisers.

Mkhoyan served as Artsakh’s agriculture minister from 2015-2017, and as an adviser to the Artsakh prime minister from 2010-2015.

Karapetyan has thirteen advisers in all, eight of which work on a voluntary, unpaid, basis.
