To the Concerned Diasporan, your statements are completely wrong. Obviously you have no idea who Alec Yenikomshian is, nor do you know his principles and convictions. He has devoted his life for Armenia and Armenians without aspirations for personal gain, and with absolutely zero connections to any external force, western or otherwise.

It is difficult to say with whom may be connected Yenikomshian, but more difficult to understand to whom serves so called ,,armenian elite,, bringing the country to a collapse because of their criminal corruption and unimaginable lawlessness.

Why should there even be a question of defending the right of a citizen of Armenia to speak and protest against what he sees to be an unacceptable social and political situation in his country. This right must be there and must be defended. Let's not make the question personal and engage in muckraking. This is a question of democratic rights in a situation of professed liberties, is not it? It is important to focus our energies in the right places and stay constructive. YM
