Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Holland Meet in Munich
Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan yesterday met with his Dutch counterpart Stef Blok in Munich on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, this according to an Armenian government press release.
The two ministers discussed a number of issues related to bilateral and multilateral relations and explored ways to increase cooperation in a variety of sectors.
They singled out the IT, agriculture and health sectors as areas with the greatest potential for increased economic ties.
Mnatsakanyan told Blok about Armenia’s recent achievements in the IT sector and emphasized the importance of the upcoming World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) scheduled to take place in Armenia this October.
A number of international and regional issues were also discussed.
