Armenian Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan traveled to Artsakh today on a fact-finding mission to get a better picture of the health issues facing the country and to discuss possible solutions with local officials.

Torosyan made the trip at the invitation of Artsakh Minister of Health Arayik Baghryan.

Torosyan, according to a ministry statement, will tour Artsakh medical center and military hospitals during his three-day trip.
