Arguing that the regime now in power in Artsakh has been oppressive and has not allowed for the judicious use of the country’s resources on the road to development, the National Revival Party says it will field candidates in the country’s presidential and parliamentary elections slated for 2020.

The announcement was made at the party’s fifth convention held in Stepanakert on March 24.

The party, with just one MP in the Artsakh National Assembly, says it wants to prevent the continuation of the current regime.
