Armenia’s Investigative Committee reports that a soldier has been arrested as a suspect in the March 26 death of conscript soldier Ara Arakelyan who succumbed to a gunshot while serving at a northeastern military base in Artsakh.

In the same incident, Junior Sargent Andranik Koshkanyan received a gunshot wound to the left wrist.
