
Pashinyan Telephones Putin; Discuss Aliyev Meeting
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan telephoned Russian President Vladimir Putin today and apprised him about his recent meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, this according to an Armenian government press release.
The two discussed matters related to Russian-Armenian cooperation and stressed the importance of the upcoming session of the Armenian-Russian Inter-Governmental Committee scheduled for April 4 in Moscow.
Pashinyan and Putin agreed that the potential exists to expand trade between the two countries.
