The foreign ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan (Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Sergey Lavrov, Elmar Mammadyarov) today met in Moscow, this according to a Facebok post by Anna Naghdalyan, spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

News that such a meeting would take place surfaced after the March 29 meeting of Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Vienna.
