Armenian Defense Minister Heads Delegation to Moscow International Security Conference

A delegation headed by Armenian Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan is in Moscow to attend the eighth Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS) that starts today under the aegis of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The three-day conference will mainly be devoted to improving arms control systems.

Minister Tonoyan is scheduled to give a talk entitled “International Peacekeeping; New Approaches and Strategic Cooperation”.
