The Yerevan Municipality has fined Sanitek, the company hired to collect and dispose of garbage in the Armenian capital, AMD 26 million for contract violations.

The municipality noted that, according to the contract, a penalty is imposed for each day of unfulfilled work by 0.5% of the contract amount.
