Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has nominated Artur Vagharshyan as a candidate to fill an empty seat on the country’s Constitutional Court.

Vagharshyan, a Doctor of Law, chairs the Department of History and Theory of State and Law at Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Law.
