Former Defense Minister Appointed Artsakh Police Chief

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan today appointed Levon Mnatsakanyan the country’s new chief of police.

Mnatsakanyan, a Stepanakert native, served as Artsakh Minister of Defense from June 2015 to December 2018.
