Azerbaijan violated the Karabakh ceasefire 140 times last week, firing more than 1,000 rounds of small arms, this according to the Artsakh Ministry of Justice.

The ministry says Azerbaijani forces also fired five rounds from a HAN-17 grenade launcher.
