Armenian Deputy Justice Minister and CoE Deputy Secreatry General Discuss Judiciary Reforms
Armenian Deputy Justice Minister Vigen Kocharyan today, in Yerevan, discussed judicial reform issues with Council of Europe Deputy Secretary General Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni and her delegation.
According to an Armenian government press release, Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni said that the Council of Europe would work with Armenia to reform the country’s judiciary and that it has already allocated sizeable financial assistance to do so.
Kocharyan said the Armenian government is determined to depend on the Council of Europe for standards and experience during the reform process.
