The Armenian government has created a working group of specialists to investigate yesterday’s electricity supply fluctuations in the country that resulted in the temporary halt of metro service in Yerevan and blackouts in several districts of the Armenian capital.

The working group is the initiative of Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Suren Papikyan.
