
Artsakh Foreign Minister to Australia on Working Visit
A delegation headed by Artsakh Minister of Foreign Affairs Masis Mayilyan has arrived in Australia on a working visit at the invitation of the Armenian National Committee of Australia.
ARF MP, ARF Dashnaktsutyun Central Committee representative David Ishkhanyan, is a part of the delegation.
On Sunday, July 28, the delegation met with Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Australia and New Zealand, Archbishop Haykazun Najarian.
On the same day, according to an Artsakh government press release, the Armenian Cultural Center in Sydney hosted a delegation of representatives of Armenian youth organizations, during which Masis Mayilyan presented the achievements in the process of independent and democratic state-building in Artsakh.
Mayilyan underscored the importance of the Armenian diaspora’s contribution in the implementation of projects aimed at the development of the second Armenian state.
The sides also touched upon the international recognition of Artsakh and the peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict.
