Former Kartchevan Mayor Charged with Official Forgery

Six persons, including the former mayor of Kartchevan (Syunik Province), have been charged with organizing fraudulent auctions to sell land near the Meghri Free Economic Zone.

They have been charged under Article 314 of Armenia’s Criminal Code (Official Forgery)
