There were 16,073 real estate transactions in Armenia in July of this year, up 10.3% from June, and up 17.1% from July 2018.

The price of 1 square meter of apartment space in Yerevan in July 2019 increased by 0.7% from June and 9.8%, when compared to July 2018.

In provincial cities, the cost of 1 square meter of apartment space increased 0.1% from June to July of this year.
