Armen Grigoryan, who heads Armenia’s Security Council (SC), today in Stepanakert, met with Artsakh Defense Minister Karen Abrahamyan and the two discussed the situation along the Karabakh Line of Contact.

Grigoryan and Abrahamyan, according to an Armenian government press release, also discussed projects now underway to improve forward military defensive positions and the daily living conditions of soldiers.
