Singapore Prime Minister Pays Respects at 1915 Genocide Memorial in Yerevan

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his wife Ho Jin, now in Armenia on an official visit, paid their respects today at Yerevan’s Tzitzernakaberd Genocide Memorial Complex.

PM Loong and his wife laid a wreath at the eternal flame on the monument commemorating the 1.5 million victims of the 1915 Armenioan Genocide

Accompanying the Singapore prime minister were Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan and RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.

PM Loong and his wife also visited the nearby Armenian Genocide Museum.
