Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir, today by telephone, discussed the situation in northern Syria. 

The talk was a continuation of yesterday's discussion on the topic at the CIS summit in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

Other issues of regional importance were also touched upon.
