Armenia’s Arpineh  Dalalyan (superweight class) emerged the winner at the European U-20 Weightlifting Championships in Bucharest, Romania.  

Her total score of 234 kg beat her three competitors. In the snatch, Dalalyan achieved 100kg, and 134kg in the clean and jerk.

Tatev Hakobyan (87 kg), who is in the U-23 category, won a silver medal.
