Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan today, in Yerevan, discussed the Karabakh conflict settlement process with personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

Tonoyan and Kasprzyk, according to a defense ministry statement, reiterated the importance of establishing confidence-building mechanisms along the contact line and at the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border.

The two also discussed humanitarian activities in the conflict settlement process, emphasizing the need to coordinate the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group and the International Committee of the Red Cross in this regard.
