U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy visited the National Defense Research University of the RoA Ministry of Defense on November 20.

Ambassador Tracy was joined by Military Attaché Colonel Scott Maxwell, Bilateral Defense Cooperation Officer Major Chad Muron, Kansas National Guard Brigadier General Anders and US Embassy Military Training Coordinator Anahit Hovhannisyan.

Major General Genadi Tavaratsyan, Commandant of the National Defence Research University, informed the guests about the educational and research activities of University

Ambassador Tracy, according to a ministry statement, highly appreciated the work done by the Research University in the field of military professional education, and highlighted the strengthening and development of Armenian-American partnerships in this area.  

Ambassador Tracy also met with Research University students.
