On the sidelines of the first Eastern Partnership Investment Summit of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian met with Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk.

The two discussed issues related to the Armenian-Ukrainian agenda.

President Sarkissian said that it is time to take practical steps to boost the current level of cooperation, which he deemed insufficient, and to tap into the wealth of possibilities that exist.

Agreeing with the Armenian President, Honcharuk noted that the two countries have much in common and close ties.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on the possibilities of implementing mutually beneficial projects in the field of modern technologies, in particular artificial intelligence and mathematical modeling, as well as in agriculture, food safety.
