Pashinyan Attends Opening of Renovated Dilijan Medical Center
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today attended the inauguration ceremony of a remodeled and re-equipped Dilijan Medical Center.
Pashinyan, according to an Armenian government press release, toured the medical center that serves the town of Dilijan and the surrounding communities.
The medical center, with a staff of thirty physicians, also has a polyclinic, maternity hospital, and ambulance service.
In 2019, the government allocated 275 million drams towards the project under the state-funded free and privileged medical care program.
Dilijan is a town of some 18,000 in Armenia’s northern Tavush Province.
