Armenian President Meets with Co-Chair of Armenia-UAE Intergovernmental Commission

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, now on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates, today, in Abu Dhabi, met with the Co-Chair of the Armenia-United Arab Emirates Inter-Governmental Commission Ahmad Ali Al-Sayegh.

The parties, according to an Armenian government press release, exchanged views on the forthcoming activities of the Armenia-UAE Intergovernmental Commission.

The first session of the Armenia-UAE Intergovernmental Commission was in Yerevan, May 2019.

Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secretary General Vahagn Melikyan is the commission’s other co-chair.
