Armenian Environment Minister Meets with EU Officials
Armenian Minister of Environment Eric Grigoryan today, in Yerevan, hosted Andrea Wiktorin (Head of the European Union to Armenia, Head of Delegation) and Vassilis Maragos (Director General of the European Commission's Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations Office in Armenia).
Grigoryan, according to a ministry press release, underlined the importance of the close cooperation between Armenia and the EU in the field of environment protection and presented the activities implemented by Armenia in the framework of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Extended Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
Maragos stressed that Armenia-EU cooperation will continue in the future and reaffirmed the EU's readiness to support reforms in the field.
