Armenia to Hold Constitutional Referendum on April 5
Armenia will hold a referendum to amend the country’s constitution on April 5, 2020.
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed the referendum decree today.
The referendum, backed by the government, seeks to modify Article 213 of the constitution and thus allow for the early termination of Constitutional Court Chairman Hrayr Tovmasyan and other court members.
