Armenian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson: "People of Artsakh have never participated in Azerbaijani elections"

Armenia Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan today ridiculed as misleading a recent statement issued by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry that voters from Nagorno Karabakh also cast ballots in the February 9 snap parliamentary election in Azerbaijan and that those elected are the legitimate representatives of the region.

Naghdalyan accused Azerbaijan of “trying to conceal its failure at democracy and the drastic low level of the country’s electoral legitimacy” by making false statements about the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

"The people of Artsakh have never, either now or during the entire history of the Republic of Azerbaijan, participated in Azerbaijani elections," Naghdalyan said.

“We would like to remind all that the people of Artsakh will exercise their right to vote in their homeland on March 31, in the next national elections, during which they will elect their representatives, the president and the deputies of the National Assembly, through the free expression of their will,” Naghdalyan said.

They don't have elections, they have selections (done by their despicable despot) For Azerbaijan "Snap election" means: "snapping the head of those who dare to be elected " Maybe, I mean, if ever possible, ARTSAKH can teach them some democracy. But again it will be like "trying to boil the ocean with a match stick"
