Armenia’s representative in the European Court of Human Rights, Yeghishe Kirakosyan, today, in Yerevan, presided over the first session of the Constitutional Reform Professional Commission.

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan created the Commission last December.

A referendum in Armenia will be held on April 5 to decide whether to amend the constitution.
