Armenian Human Rights Defender Visits Artsakh Army Units

Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan today, with his Artsakh counterpart, visited several military outposts in Artsakh.

The two, according to a statement released by Tonoyan’s office, had private conversations with soldiers and officers on issues related to life in the military.

Tonoyan’s trip appears connected to the continuing problem of non-combat deaths within the Artsakh Defense Army.

Medical services and disciplinary procedures, as well as moral and psychological issues were studied.

AAhh., it's a good beginning ! The western world was looking with great sorrows towards Artsakh and Armenias armies ! A control from "outside" the army is a good thing ! Go on like that , it will bring good fruit we hope .
