Armenian Human Rights Defender Visits Artsakh Army Units
Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan today, with his Artsakh counterpart, visited several military outposts in Artsakh.
The two, according to a statement released by Tonoyan’s office, had private conversations with soldiers and officers on issues related to life in the military.
Tonoyan’s trip appears connected to the continuing problem of non-combat deaths within the Artsakh Defense Army.
Medical services and disciplinary procedures, as well as moral and psychological issues were studied.
