Artsakh Honors Victims of 1988 Sumgait Pogroms

Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan today laid flowers at the Stepanakert Memorial Complex in honor of the victims of the anti-Armenian pogroms in the Azerbaijani city of Sumgait in February 1988.

Sahakyan was accompanied by Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and top government officials.
