Artsakh Defense Minster, Defense Army Commander, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan held a working meeting today his Deputy Commanders, Chiefs of Staff and Services and other military officials to discuss the state of the military and what needs to be done to improve its combat readiness and capabilities, among other matters of concern.
