Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, today in Strasbourg, met with Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Dunja Mijatović.

The two discussed issues related to the prevention of torture in Armenia, women’s rights, and abusive speech on social media.

Also broached were measures now being taken in Armenia to raise public awareness on these and other matters.
